Before using the sitter service, an initial counseling session is required to see your cat.
During the counseling, we will ask you about your cat's personality, what you should pay attention to, and any special care needed. We would like you to decide whether or not we are able to take care of your beloved cat. Also, if you are switching from another sitter service, though answering our questionnaire, the initial counseling fee will be free. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
*Please consult us in advance if your child has a medical condition or requires medication. We will do our best to accommodate you.
